Palmeras en la Nieve

I've been working for a few months in the movie "Palmeras en la Nieve" with Director Fernando Gonzalez Molina and Production Designer Anton Laguna. Some of the Concept Drawings we did have been recently published in the magazine Academia.

Activia + Shakira Commercial

I worked as concept artist on this commercial directed by Jaume de Laiguana and art directed by Eugenio Caballero.

Sochi Paralympic Opening Ceremony

I worked with Production Designer Eugenio Caballero designing the "Peace Ice Breaker" and some of the elements that appeared during the Opening Ceremony.

Aloft

A year ago I finished working on this amazing movie directed by Claudia Llosa and designed by Eugenio Caballero. Most of my work was to do concept drawings of nature structures like the one that appear on this clip of the movie. I will publish here soon some of the concept designs.

Europa Report

A couple of years ago I worked as concept artist in the movie "Europa Report", alongside PD Eugenio Caballero. Science fiction is my favorite genre and I had the chance to design the spaceship, creatures and environments. Here you can see some concept designs of the spaceship and actual screenshots from the movie.

Art Directos Guild Nomination

Damned Friday nominations

A couple of months ago EDT released in Spain the graphic novel I did with the great movie director Paco Plaza. Since it was my first comic book it makes me happy to see that it has been nominated in two categories in this year's Madrid Comic Convention "Expocomic". The Impossible - Tree -

"The Impossible" has broken all box office records in Spain. I finished my work in the movie years ago and at last I can show some of it here, since it has been already published in the astonishing new book of the movie. During my time working in the movie I did around 100 different concept drawings and I will publish some of them on this and upcoming posts. Today I want to show you some of the drawings that were used to design the tree where Maria and Lucas climb after the wave.

The Impossible

This weekend the movie "The Impossible" has been premiered with amazing critical acclaim. Norma Editorial has simultaniously released a book written by Desiree de Fez about the making of of the movie. Some of the concept drawings I did for the movie can be seen on this 238 pages book.

Damned Friday - Maldito Viernes

During the last months I've been working with the amazing Paco Plaza, director of movies such as the REC saga, in a graphic novel called "Damned Friday". It will be released during september in Spain by the publishing company "Editores de Tebeos" and will presented during the Sitges Film Festival.
